There Is Therefore Now No Condemnation: RadioBlog Notes

Condemnation is defined as the active practice to judge; to declare (or make) wrong," “to damn” or "to condemn," whether in civil, ethical or religious associations.

I know for myself, when we transition from one thought process to another or we cease to follow religious practices or systems of belief, due to our growth development or reassessments of convictions, we also meet with religious condemnation from those whom we know and love.  But let me affirm, “There Is Therefore No Condemnation. When we are free from internal condemnation.

It is my thought, what breeds this religious condemnation is ignorance, intolerance and a lack of compassion.

Solution for religious condemnation:

1.    We must know our truth lies within us, so we must stay in tune to our internal dialogue.

2.    When we transition from one thought process to another we must give ourselves time to grow into the assurance of our knowing.  As we grow the things others say will no-longer bother us.

3.    Free yourself from condemnation for we know, there is therefore now no condemnation, except we exact it upon ourselves.

Remember, upon divorcing, the only religion we have ever known, we will come face to face with internal and external conflict. In the beginning we may refrain from expressing our new understanding with those we know and love, for fear of not being understood.  In our minds, a mental battle may ensue. Our thoughts may conflict as we attempt to balance religious indoctrination with clarity formed by knowledge logic and experience. For a time, we will be of two minds, condemning ourselves for questioning a system of belief widely accepted by those we know and love and the growing freedom of our own truth.  And when the day comes and we do share our new and present truth, we must know beyond the shadow of doubt this is our truth and we stand in it in love and confidence...
